MY NAME IS BRIGID
I’ve worn a lot of hats, both literally (like this fun blue one from Santorini) and figuratively.

Some of them are personal. I’m an aunt, a sister, a friend, and someone who genuinely enjoys creative work. I paint. I illustrate children’s books. I like projects that involve making something tangible and thoughtful, and I tend to notice details other people miss.

Others are professional. I’m a former special education teacher turned instructional designer, customer marketer, and lifecycle strategist. My career has consistently centered on helping people understand complex things more easily, whether that was in a classroom, through product guidance, or across customer communications.​
