Hello!
MY NAME IS BRIGID
I’ve worn a lot of hats, both literally (like this fun blue one from Santorini) and figuratively.
Some of them are personal. I’m an aunt, a sister, a friend, and someone who genuinely enjoys creative work. I paint. I illustrate children’s books. I like projects that involve making something tangible and thoughtful, and I tend to notice details other people miss.
Others are professional. I’m a former special education teacher turned instructional designer, customer marketer, and lifecycle strategist. My career has consistently centered on helping people understand complex things more easily, whether that was in a classroom, through product guidance, or across customer communications.

My bestie
This is Luna, my 6 year-old rescue pup.
She’s energetic, affectionate, and fully committed to fetch.
She loves hikes, long walks, grass naps, and giving kisses whenever she gets the chance.
My work
This photo was taken at the national CASE conference, where special education administrators from across the country gathered.
I presented on our products using my background as a former special education teacher to ground the conversation in real experience.
My happy place
Getting outside is part of my routine. Long walks, hikes, water, fresh air.
It’s how I recharge, clear my head, and usually where my best thinking happens.
My first career
Before anything else, I was a special education teacher.

My passport
I love travel and new experiences, especially the kind that come with figuring things out as you go.
I often travel solo and enjoy exploring new places on my own, from getting lost to finding my way back.
My creative side
I illustrated this children’s book and supported the author (who happens to be a WWF performer from the 90s) through the self-publishing process.
It combines creativity with collaboration and reflects my love of storytelling and making ideas tangible.
